Up to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in XRAY and documents travel experience.

PEDIATRIC FACILITY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

RTO MUST be included at time of submission

* NICOTINE FREE FACILITY* must be tested along with drug screen.

Scrub Color: Any Color

CHOA will require the flu vaccination for the flu season. They WILL NOT accept ANY exemptions (this includes medical/religious).
