Position: X-Ray Technologist

About the Role
We are actively seeking ARRT-certified General X-Ray Technologists to join a top-tier hospital system in Dayton, OH. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of general radiographic procedures including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and portable exams

• Ensure adherence to ALARA principles and proper positioning techniques

• Collaborate with radiologists and care teams to assist in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning

• Maintain precise and timely documentation within electronic health records

• Deliver clear communication and empathetic support to patients throughout the imaging process

• Operate radiographic equipment in accordance with safety standards and facility protocols

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (R)

• Valid Ohio Radiologic License

• Strong interpersonal and patient service skills

• Ability to work effectively in high-volume clinical settings

• Familiarity with digital imaging systems and hospital-based workflow

• New graduates will be considered; mentorship may be available
