Vascular registry is required at time of hire except at the following locations, where it must be obtained no later than 6 months after hire, AMC, MVH, MVHS, MVHN, and UVMC main campuses. Minimum of one additional registry in practiced specialties are required as approved by ARDMS: Abdomen, OB/GYN, MSK, Breast or Vascular.
