Location: Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Cypress, Bellaire & Katy, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $29.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking experienced and patient-focused X-Ray Technologists to support leading healthcare organizations throughout the Houston area, including Houston, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Cypress, Bellaire, and Katy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Radiologic Technologist looking for a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging in a professional healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures safely and accurately according to established protocols.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients in a clear, calm, and courteous manner.
• Prepare patients and examination rooms for imaging procedures.
• Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Operate and monitor X-ray equipment while maintaining patient and equipment safety.
• Administer appropriate radiation exposure while following established radiation safety standards.
• Review images for quality and submit completed studies to providers for interpretation.
• Provide compassionate, professional care throughout the patient's imaging experience.
• Troubleshoot equipment and report technical issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical degree from an accredited college or program required.
• Current Texas MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist) license required.
• ARRT certification required.
• Previous X-ray/Radiology experience required.
• Orthopedic imaging experience preferred.
• Epic EMR experience preferred.
• Strong communication, patient-care, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Professional appearance required; dress code includes black or gray scrubs and closed-toe professional shoes.
