About the Role
A healthcare organization is seeking a skilled and dependable X-ray technologist to join the team. In this role, the candidate will perform various diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, accuracy, and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
- Perform radiologic imaging procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, PACS, HIS, and RIS systems
- Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with all regulations
- Support team operations, including training or assisting staff when needed
- Complete required trainings and maintain clinical competencies
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program
- Must have an active Massachusetts Radiologic License (MALIC)
- ARRT(R) certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Strong experience with digital radiography (CR/DR) and PACS workflows
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
