A well-established outpatient medical practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Technologist) to join its team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced X-Ray Tech or a newer graduate to build their skills while working with advanced imaging technology in a patient-focused setting.

You'll perform diagnostic imaging using cone beam CT (CBCT) equipment and work closely with physicians to support quality patient care. If you're looking for an alternative to hospital shifts and weekend rotations, this could be a great fit.

What We Offer

• $31–$38 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
• Consistent daytime hours, typically 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Potential alternative schedules, including three or four 9-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray and imaging procedures, explaining the process and answering questions.
• Operate cone beam CT (CBCT) equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Review images for quality and accuracy before submitting them to physicians.
• Collaborate with providers regarding imaging needs and patient concerns.
• Follow radiation safety procedures, infection control standards, and HIPAA requirements.
• Perform routine imaging equipment checks and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and help ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.
• ARRT certification required.
• 1–2 years of radiologic technology experience preferred.
• New graduates with the required license and certification are welcome to apply.
• Previous cone beam CT (CBCT) experience is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, infection control, and patient care standards.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
