X39 Elevator Worker - Logansport, IN
This is a full-time, hourly position.
Starting Wage $21.00/hr w/ bonus potential of $150 per loaded train of 85 cars or more. Logansport will average 30+ of those trains per year.

What you will do:
+ You will be working in our facility loading trucks, cleaning, loading trains Using PLC's, and maintenance.
You can also expect to:
+ Be on your feet the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
+ Outdoor and indoor exposure to cold and wet working environment.
+ Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/ladders
+ Work at various heights and in confined spaces
What Hours Would I be Working?
7:15AM to 4:00PM, Monday-Friday schedule during non-harvest (Usually December - August)
Extended hours during harvest six days/week 7:00A - 7:00P (Usually September - November) with one scheduled day off.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
