Job Summary:
All Claims Repairs is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both residential and commercial construction estimating, with proficiency in Xactimate and a keen eye for detail. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates, coordinating with project managers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Detailed Cost Estimates:
- Develop initial scopes and prepare precise estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment using Xactimate.

- Update estimates based on change orders and customer requests.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project requirements.
- Collaborate with Project and Operations Managers to set project milestones and expectations.
- Interpret and communicate repair methods and designs to field staff.
- Vendor and Client Communication:
- Contact vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials.
- Work with homeowners, insurance adjusters, agents, and building officials to clarify project scopes and resolve disputes.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all estimates adhere to company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals in a timely manner.

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator in residential and/or commercial construction.
- Proven experience working with older and modern building materials and methods.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in DASH & Mitigate
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications:
- Xactimate certification preferred but not required.
- IICRC industry standard certifications
- Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
