Yard Manager

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations for employees and rental fleet. Develop and mentor employees, cultivating their skills and enhancing their performance. Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring assets are in excellent condition. Collaborate with management to develop operational strategies, goals, budgets, and cost controls. Prepare and distribute necessary operational reports and records. Develop, implement, and review yard policies and procedures for consistency. Provide customer support on product and machine operations inquiries. Basic repair and diagnostic experience with equipment is required. Experience in construction, agriculture, automotive, or transportation field. Ability to positively motivate, manage, and develop employees. Ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and customers across multiple divisions. Working knowledge of equipment and its operations. Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Strong decision-making and computer skills. Ability to drive and valid drivers license required.
