Phillips Staffing is seeking Yarn Changers to join a dynamic team at a leading textile, chemical, and floor covering solutions manufacturer in the Upstate that offers various advancement opportunities and the ability to go to a full-time status as early as 90 days! Responsibilities:
Identify yarn tube color and defective yarns
Manage yarn stock and tubes
Operate equipment like a tugger and backwinder
Maintain a clean work area
Cut and recycle yarn
Doff full yarn packages
Label tubes
Report non-conformities in the Quality System
Requirements:
Ability to follow directions and be trained
Ability to recognize colors, operate an air hose, broom, tugger, printer, and utility knife
Strong dexterity required
Shift Schedule: 1st ShiftPay Rate:$14.42/hr
