Pay: $19.75 per hour

Schedule: 4/10 shift (four 10-hour days per week) with start times between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Mandatory overtime required, with availability needed for weekends and holidays.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Yeast Mixer/Scrap to join our bakery manufacturing team. This production position focuses on ingredient mixing, operating bakery machinery, and supporting various aspects of the production process in a fast-paced environment (including catching scrap, organizing scrap on trays/rack and in freezer, decorating product, catching, order selecting, loading, etc). The role requires physical endurance, precision, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix ingredients accurately in accordance with recipes and production guidelines.
• Operate bakery machinery related to ingredient mixing and processing.
• Prepare trays and pans for baking and production use.
• Retrieve items from freezers to support manufacturing operations.
• Assist in multiple production areas as needed to ensure seamless workflow.
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Lift 50+ pounds frequently throughout the shift.
• Stand for more than 10 hours during shift periods.
• Contribute to production efficiency through meticulous adherence to processes.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly.
• Capability to stand for 10+ hours per shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with machine operation and ingredient mixing preferred.
• Excellent attendance record and reliable work ethic.
• Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with bakery production machinery and processes.
