What You’ll Do
Kids Club Leadership
Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire your team daily
Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for kids and families
Own the Kids Club experience and resolve member concerns with care
Train, coach, and develop staff on operations, engagement, and expectations
Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule team members to maintain coverage
Execute and grow programs like Kids Fit, Camps, Parents’ Night Out, and events
Monitor reports, check-ins, and usage to drive engagement
Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
Maintain compliance with waivers, child info, and allergy alerts
Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shifts
Mighty Camp Leadership
Partner with leadership to improve camp experience, enrollment, and operations
Execute Mighty Camp frameworks to drive financial success and satisfaction
Ensure safety, engagement, and on-brand programming
Support staff training and ongoing development
Track performance to deliver an A+ camp experience
Maintain organization, staffing, and licensing compliance

Requirements
18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)
1+ year of post-high school experience
CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, adult)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
Ability to stay active throughout shifts
