Job Title: Youth Mentor
Location: Omaha NE
Pay range: $20/hr with sign on bonus

What's the Job?

• Provide for the safety and security of troubled youth and staff in the residential program
• Teach youth skills and address behavioral concerns effectively
• Ensure implementation of the care plan for each youth and provide written and verbal progress each shift as directed
• Work within the school environment to support the academic, social, and behavioral needs of each youth

What's needed?

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Perferred: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, public administration, criminal justice, or related field preferred
• CPR preferred
• Valid driver’s license required

What's in it for me?

• Pay rate: $20/hr with sign on bonus of $500 after 90 days
• Shift: Wednesday- Saturday & Monday 3:00pm- 11:30pm Or Tuesday- Saturday 11pm-7:30Am

• Full Time
