We are seeking a Youth Programs Director to lead a mission-driven, faith-based youth organization in Indianapolis. This direct hire role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful programs serving youth and families.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team across operations, programming, and volunteer coordination
Oversee youth programs (education, recreation, enrichment, leadership) and ensure quality outcomes
Manage budget, financial performance, and grant compliance
Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to policies and safety standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for families, schools, and community partners
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
4+ years of leadership experience in youth services or community organizations
Experience with team management, program oversight, and budget/grant administration
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite full-time in Indianapolis
Preferred: Master's degree, grant reporting experience, community partnerships, bilingual skills
