ACTS Foundation is seeking a passionate, organized, and relationship-driven Youth Program Manager to lead youth-focused programs that empower young people to build healthy relationships, develop leadership skills, make informed decisions, and achieve their goals.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with youth, building community partnerships, managing programs, leading teams, and creating opportunities that help young people thrive. Whether your background is in youth ministry, education, counseling, social services, public health, mentoring, coaching, or nonprofit leadership, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee youth development and prevention programs.
• Supervise program staff, facilitators, interns, and volunteers.
• Coordinate program activities, schedules, and implementation across multiple sites.
• Build partnerships with schools, churches, community organizations, and referral agencies.
• Develop strategies to recruit, engage, and retain youth participants.
• Monitor program performance and support achievement of program goals.
• Support community outreach, presentations, and special events.
• Ensure quality program delivery and a positive participant experience.
• Collaborate with leadership to expand community impact and strengthen services.
• Assist with program planning, documentation, and compliance activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Human Services, Public Health, Psychology, Nonprofit Management, Ministry, or a related field.
• Experience in youth development, mentoring, education, ministry, social services, public health, recreation, or community outreach.
• Experience supervising staff or volunteers.
