The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania programming at University Preparatory School. This role is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where young people can learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships.
The Program Manager plans and delivers high-quality youth programming, supervises staff, builds relationships with students and families, and serves as a key connection between BGCWPA, University Prep, and the Shadyside Clubhouse.
