Location: Casa Grande, Arizona
Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour
$300 Sign-On Bonus
All Shifts Available: Days, Evenings/Nights, and Overnights
Shalva Haven is seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team as Youth Support Specialists. We are currently hiring for morning, evening, and overnight shifts to support youth in a structured, safe, and nurturing group home environment.
Position Overview
As a Youth Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the home while ensuring the safety, stability, and well-being of all youth in care.
Shift Responsibilities
Morning Shift
- Assist with morning routines, including wake-up, hygiene, and school preparation
- Support transportation to school and appointments as needed
- Prepare or assist with breakfast and light household organization
- Help maintain a structured and positive start to the day
Evening Shift
- Support after-school routines, homework, and structured activities
- Assist with meal preparation and dinner service
- Encourage positive behaviors and engagement
- Prepare youth for bedtime routines
Overnight Shift
- Ensure the safety and well-being of youth during overnight hours
- Conduct routine checks and maintain a calm, secure environment
- Complete light cleaning and prepare the home for the morning shift
- Accurately document overnight observations and incidents
- MUST BE AWAKE
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma or higher
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass Drug Screening
- Ability to pass a physical examination
- Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)Job TypePart-Time (Multiple shifts available: Morning, Evening, Overnight)
$300 Sign-On Bonus
Eligible new hires receive a $300 sign-on bonus after completing 90 days of employment and working all major holidays that fall on their scheduled shifts during those first 90 days.
