About the Role:
Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Tennis Coach to join our team in sunny Delray Beach, FL! Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging tennis lessons and group clinics for youth players of varying skill levels
• Teach fundamental tennis techniques including stroke mechanics, footwork, and court positioning
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment for all participants
• Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback to athletes and parents
• Organize and facilitate drills, match play, and skill-building activities
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tennis equipment and court facilities
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program coordinators

Requirements:

• Previous experience coaching or teaching tennis, especially to youth players
• Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, rules, and game strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
• Patient, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor with young athletes
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
