They gather, label, and distribute medications accurately and efficiently; they package, prepare, and safely compound medications including hazardous substances accurately and efficiently; they handle, manage, and distribute controlled substances in compliance with regulatory requirements and department policies and assist with drug diversion surveillance; they assist with training new pharmacy employees; they assist with maintaining accurate medication inventories and billing of medications; they effectively communicate utilizing established systems and processes; and they perform responsibilities and duties of the job in a manner that is attentive to age and ability considerations. Also include copies of any of the following advanced certificates you have: PTCB certificates (eg, Medication History, Hazardous Drug Management), ASHP certificates (eg, Medication Safety, Practical Training in Compounding Sterile Preparations), or Critical Point certificates (eg, Sterile Compounding and Hazardous Drugs, Best Practices and Compliance with USP 795 for Nonsterile Compounding).
