li>Coordinate construction activities of owners, public agencies, facility operations, tenants and utility companies in order to assure the desired project schedule, budget and quality are achieved. Experience managing projects in various construction delivery methods to include Design Build, Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) and Hard bid formats.
As a Senior Educational Facilities Planner, you will lead and influence facilities master plans and capital programs that guide millions of dollars in public investment-helping school districts make confident, defensible decisions about modernization, growth, consolidation, and long-range infrastructure strategy. Candidates with less planning experience are encouraged to apply but role placement and annual salary may be in a lower range, such as $90,000-$105,000 for Educational Planner I, or $105,000-120,000 for Educational Planner II.
The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location.
The written examination is designed to test a candidates knowledge of accounting principles, techniques and procedures, cost accounting and auditing of government functions, public finance, governmental budgeting and reporting, performing mathematical calculations and applying skills in judgment/interpersonal relations. The position conducts advanced accounting and financial analysis, develops and maintains internal controls to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, and supports City departments in the implementation of proper financial procedures.
Oral Examination -100%: A panel of subject matter experts may conduct a job-related oral interview to evaluate a candidates knowledge, skills and abilities which may include the following areas: Wastewater Operations, Process Control & Compliance, Equipment Operation & Maintenance, Leadership & Training, Interpersonal Relationships, Data Reporting & Documentation, and/ or other topics related to a candidates training, experience and qualifications for the position. Oral Exam - 100%: A panel of subject matter experts will conduct a job-related oral examination to evaluate a candidate's knowledge of: personal computers, PLC programming, LAN administration, VAX systems, and associated operating systems and environments; Skill in the use of computer systems and a variety of application software, such as, spread sheets, data base managers, and word processors; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of assigned duties. Under general supervision, performs advanced technical work and complex assignments in the administration, maintenance, and operation of computerized distributed control, telemetry, and other computerized network systems which require extensive technical knowledge, initiative, discretion, and judgment, and provide lead directions to assigned technical staff.
To perform this job successfully, an individual will need proficiency with estimating software(e.g., Bluebeam, Building connected, Sage Estimating, Procore) Project Management toos (e.g, Procore, Microsoft Project, Builder trend) Excel expertise (advanced formulas, pivot tables, bid tab sheets) Digital takeoff tools (e.g., On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam Revu). Actively participate in estimate or proposal review meetings with architects, engineers, and owners and incorporate comments, feedback, and input into revised estimates or proposals.
