p>As a key representative of A&S, the Assistant Director will manage assigned recruitment territories and/or programmatic recruitment areas, develop data-informed territory plans, coordinate projects that advance the college's recruitment and yield strategy, and support initiatives that showcase the breadth and value of an Arts and Sciences education. - Coordinate and manage one or more specialized programmatic areas that advance A&S recruitment goals, such as on-campus and off-campus events, student ambassador/tour guide programs, outreach and access initiatives, communications and marketing, transfer recruitment, community partnerships, counselor engagement, yield initiatives, or other assigned priorities.
