The Corporate Account Associate's primary job responsibilities will include: • Managing and developing a set of assigned corporate accounts to increase productivity and sales of Building36 products • Developing relationships with key individuals inside account base and investigating and resolving obstacles to dealer success • Close collaboration with sales team to identify new revenue opportunities and support sales efforts for the broader team • Responding to inbound phone call and email inquiries from assigned accounts • Initiating outbound phone campaigns to uncover sales opportunities & set appointments for the broader sales team • Executing on individual sales campaigns and delivering webinar/on-site product trainings • Fostering positive and productive relationships with Building36 dealers and communicating information to management that is vital to successful relationships • Attending industry association meetings and trade shows as necessary • Interfacing with various departments within the organization including Sales Operations, Product Management, and Marketing • Staying up to date with new Building36 product release features to properly respond to partner inquiries • Other duties as assigned. To be considered for this position, the following requirements must be met: • Bachelor's degree is required • 1+ years of experience in a sales role is preferred • Highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter with ability to deliver results • Successful history of account management, business development, and/or client training • The ability to communicate and present well to customers, vendors, and executives both written and verbal, in a clear, professional manner • Passion for consumer technology and interest in developing a deep technical understanding of Building36 and partner products • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a small, fast-paced environment • Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition - candidate must enjoy working with clients and supporting internal customers in the organization • Ability and commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods • Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Salesforce, WebExec, and PowerPoint • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.
