div>What You’ll Do
- Respond to inbound inquiries quickly (goal: within 1 hour during business hours)
- Conduct discovery calls to understand needs, urgency, and fit
- Convert leads into scheduled in-home consultations (Living Room Visits)
- Manage a high-volume pipeline (200–300 active leads/month) in Zoho CRM
- Execute consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
- Maintain detailed notes and next steps for every lead
- Support outside sales reps and broader sales efforts as needed
- Ensure smooth handoff to care and operations teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience
- Proven ability to manage and convert inbound leads
- Strong communication skills—empathetic, confident, and persuasive
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Persistent and follow-up driven
- CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
