We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Attorney to handle complex litigation matters primarily in Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk Counties, New York. The attorney will independently manage cases from inception through trial, develop legal strategies, and deliver strong defense outcomes for clients.
4+ years of experience in a commercial insurance sales or service role (such as Insurance Agent/Broker, Account Manager, or Account Executive) with direct, hands-on knowledge of P&C commercial product lines including Workers' Compensation, Business Owner's Policy (BOP), General Liability (GL), and Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Serve as a subject matter expert for prospective customers, clearly communicating Justworks' P&C offerings and PEO/ASO value propositions to drive stronger win rates.
