The perfect candidate is someone who has already taught swim lessons for at least 3 summers, is eager to learn new techniques, has an outgoing, positive attitude and loves working with children. Teach Private swim lessons, 2-3 swimmer semi-private learn-to-swim lessons, and Parent and Me group lessons.
