JOB OVERVIEW: The Director, Manufacturing & Operations is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Rampart Operations Center, including manufacturing coordination, outsourced vendor coordination, procurement support, inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics, service operations, facility readiness, and operational process execution. This role ensures that operational systems, people, vendors, facilities, and processes are aligned to support customer demand, product quality, service delivery, cost control, safety, and company growth - all in a safe and supportive environment for Rampart Team Members.
