Key Responsibilities: * Partner directly with engineering and manufacturing teams to evaluate project scope, technical assumptions, and cost drivers * Track, analyze, and challenge capital expenditures (CapEx) across active and planned projects * Provide financial oversight of project performance, including forecasting and spend tracking * Participate in project and technical meetings to ensure alignment between engineering execution and financial outcomes * Use hands-on manufacturing knowledge to validate estimates, identify risks, and question assumptions * Prepare and communicate project and financial updates to senior and executive leadership * Support decision-making around capital investments and project prioritization Required Qualifications: * Significant hands-on experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical project environments * Proven ability to work alongside senior engineers and project managers in complex project settings * Experience with capital expenditure (CapEx) planning, tracking, and justification * Ability to forecast project spending and monitor financial performance * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership * Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, project execution, and cost drivers * US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work Preferred Qualifications * Experience in aerospace or other regulated manufacturing environments * Background in technical project leadership, operations, or engineering management * Exposure to financial tracking tools (e.g., Cobra, Tiger, or similar) * Bachelor"s degree or equivalent hands-on experience Ideal Candidate Profile: * Has grown through manufacturing or engineering roles into senior-level responsibilities * Brings strong technical credibility and can challenge engineering and project decisions * Comfortable operating at both the shop floor level and executive level * Has experience supporting or influencing capital investment decisions * Not a pure financial analyst-technical experience is critical to success * Has background in aerospace industry manufacturing Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
