p>• Provide remarkable customer service throughout the photographic sale and delivery experience • Partners with the Studio Manager to execute new hire training to build and maintain a high performing team • Assists with labor management, the use of local studio marketing tactics and tools, as well as support host store management relationships to drive business results and growth • Provides feedback and follows up with the Studio Manager on individual Team Member performance based on observations and execution of established processes • Fulfills the duties associated with temporary assignments, e.g. Minimum 18 years of age High school diploma, GED, or equivalent college degree preferred Demonstrated photography and sales skills Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends Works in multiple studios where applicable, based on business needs Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong math and analytic skills.
