Assist with accepting guest reservations in person and via phone • Ensure office supplies are sufficiently stocked and prepare supply orders as needed • Assist with planning and coordinating guest and resident relations events and activities within the resort • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials • Make collection calls for site rental payments as directed; submit bad debt files to collections • Process resident move-ins and move-outs • Complete and maintain resort records, reports, and files • Refer sales prospects to the RV Resort Manager and/or Sales Manager and enter prospect information into property management/reservation system in a timely manner • Obtain approvals on prospective resident applications; track all approvals and denials • Assist prospective residents by checking the status of Sun Homes inventory; review home listings, show homes, and assist with rental applications • Review and code invoices and other payables & submit to manager approval • Other duties as assigned • Check guests in and out for their reservations • Greet and establish rapport with guests, current and prospective residents • Field resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to resort leadership • Maintain petty cash fund. • Fields resort comments, suggestions, and complaints to the RV Resort Manager (Essential) • Maintains the petty cash fund, ensuring to record expenditures in the proper accounts (Essential) • Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, typing, photocopying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned (Essential) • Collects and posts resident security deposits, processing fees, rent, inspection, application or other miscellaneous fees in Yardi; records in the proper accounts and issues receipts (Essential) • Prepare and distribute resort communications such as rule reminders, violation notices, newsletters, etc.
