Must be able to operate and prepare foods/beverages using a variety of kitchen equipment including but not limited to; panini grill, convection oven, alto sham, microwave, heat seal, gas range/oven, gas grill, dishwasher, Hobart scale, food slicer, coffee grinder, and espresso machine. May prepare deli food items by food washing, peeling, cutting and shredding fruits and vegetables, and trimming and cutting meat, poultry or fish.
