Administer and provide, either directly or through others, high level technical support to users, which includes enforcing computer operations policy, providing guidance and/or assistance troubleshooting computers, telephony and communications hardware, software, and networking technologies. Experience in administering Windows Server systems, CISCO routers, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft365, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Desktop operating systems, Voice over IP telephony systems.
