The work: + Support functional delivery across Adobe Experience Cloud solutions including: + Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for content management + Adobe Real-Time CDP for audience segmentation + Adobe Target for personalization + Adobe Campaign for cross-channel orchestration + Adobe Analytics for performance insights + Adobe Workfront for marketing workflow and content operations + Assist in translating business requirements into user stories and functional documentation + Participate in discovery workshops and solution design sessions + Collaborate with product owners, developers, and QA to ensure delivery aligns with business intent + Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing activities + Support content supply chain initiatives by helping streamline planning, production, and delivery workflows using Workfront and AEM Assets + Stay current on Adobe platform capabilities and emerging trends (e.g., GenAI, personalization, data privacy) + Help prepare training materials, documentation, and change management assets Here's what you'll need: + Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing technology or digital experience platforms, including exposure to at least two Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM, RT-CDP, Campaign, Target, Workfront) Bonus points if: + You've supported Adobe platform implementations or enhancements + You hold Adobe certifications (e.g., AEM Business Practitioner, Adobe Campaign, Workfront) + You've worked with GenAI tools or personalization engines + You're familiar with content supply chain concepts or marketing operations platforms + You have experience in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, life sciences, healthcare) + Understanding of digital marketing workflows, content lifecycle, and customer journey mapping + Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments + Strong communication and collaboration skill Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
