Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Configure and customize the Kinaxis platform to meet the specific requirements of supply chain and operations.</li><li>Develop and implement complex Kinaxis workflows, business rules, and integrations to automate and optimize supply chain processes.</li><li>Collaborate with the Kinaxis development team to extend the platform's capabilities through custom applications and extensions to drive continuous enhancements and optimizations.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional project teams to ensure successful Kinaxis implementations and upgrades.</li><li>Monitor Kinaxis platform performance, identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to enhance system responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.</li><li>Proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kinaxis functionality, integrations, and data processing.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users on the Kinaxis platform, including functionality, workflows, and best practices.</li><li>Develop user guides, training materials, and documentation to facilitate user adoption and self-service.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovations within the Kinaxis platform.</li><li>Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and project sponsors.</li></ul> Top Skills:<ul><li>Experience working with Kinaxis Platform.</li></ul>Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements). Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee. Aditi Consulting LLC uses AI technology to engage candidates during the sourcing process.  AI technology is used to gather data only and does not replace human-based decision making in employment decisions. #AditiConsulting
