This role ensures compliance with CDC, APIC, DNV-NIAHO®, CMS Conditions of Participation, OSHA, DPH, and other applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements, while leading organizational efforts to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) and communicable disease risks. Collaborates with Nursing staff development to provide education, training, and competency programs related to hand hygiene, PPE, isolation precautions, HAI prevention, reprocessing, and high-risk practices.
