Job Duties: Implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, report progress to PT, guide patient through functional exercises and equipment use, document patient progress, and maintain open communication with PT and patient. - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient?: Mixed, primarily hospital based outpatient PT, with a chance to be asked to flex in the inpatient MS- Rehab unit.
