This role is a critical position to establishing a positive market presence, driving revenue growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the mortgage industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and Target Prospects: Sales Representative will ensure development, planning, growth, and management of the company’s growth pipeline within the mortgage industry.</li><li>Business Growth Strategy: Set and define strategic initiatives and actions aimed at expanding the company’s market presence with the goal of increasing sales and improving profitability.</li><li>Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and performance KPIs.</li><li>Client Engagement: Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our post-closing quality control services.</li><li>Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li><li>Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to effectively position our services.</li><li>Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with clients.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal partners to drive awareness of sales projects, specifically to align sales efforts across partner companies and with company goals and client needs. In this role, you will act as the gatekeeper for our ophthalmologists, ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care.
