JV Head Coach: you will be a program leader taking direction from the varsity head coach to create a cohesive, positive, and vertically aligned program Requirements (in order of importance): Ability to set a positive example for athletes through appropriate language, respect for officials, and good sportsmanship. Safety and Compliance: Prioritize student-athlete well-being, including injury prevention, proper warm-up techniques, and following all school disciplinary and safety policies and ensure the program follows all rules and regulations of the CIF, NCS, WACC, and Berkeley Unified School District.
