Partnering closely with management, you will deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience, execute visual merchandising directions, and directly manage, mentor, and recruit a high-performing sales team to shape a collaborative, result-driven selling culture. You will report directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, partnering closely to lead a dedicated staff of fellow key holders and sales associates.
