Key responsibilities include providing instruction in basic archery skills, safety procedures, and sportsmanship; Managing all team practices and competitions, developing a seasonal schedule, and hosting at least one tournament annually; Ensuring proper maintenance, inventory, and safe storage of equipment; Managing the program's activity account and coordinating fundraising efforts; Maintaining communication with students, parents, staff, and administration; Promoting teamwork, positive behavior, and student development; Ensuring compliance with school, district, and NASP guidelines if applicable. The Middle School Archery Coach (Extra Duty) oversees the school's archery program by organizing, leading, and supervising practices and activities in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.
