Depending on project size, scope, and complexity, Foremen may serve in either a working ("belt-wearing") Foreman role, actively performing electrical installations alongside their crew, or more of an administrative Foreman role, focused primarily on project coordination, planning, workforce management, material procurement, scheduling, and communication. As an Electrical Foreman, you are responsible for leading field crews, coordinating daily work activities, maintaining productivity, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
