Responsibilities: Job Functions of our DHP Allied Healthcare Recruiters: Source, attract, and build relationships with allied healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, and related specialties. Act as a trusted advisor to providers—understanding their preferences, career goals, and lifestyle needs—and guiding them through the staffing journey from initial outreach to placement and continued placements in 13-week assignments.
