Conduct Due Diligence Assessments on potential store locations, working directly with Landlord teams to gather upfront data for analysis (As-builts, environmental reports, utility plans, building assessments), engage with and schedule site visits with outside consulting firms, building architects and engineers, and conduct on-site assessments of properties and conditions. OVERVIEW: The Manager of Preconstruction (MP) will work with internal DKS department staff (Construction, Design, Real Estate, Store Planning, Etc.) and external partners (Design firms, Engineers, Etc.) to perform preconstruction due diligence necessary to evaluate, budget and support the construction/remodel/conversion of DKS stores of all banners.
