At Dycom, as a Senior Technical Trainer, you'll develop, deliver, and assess comprehensive training programs for new and existing field technicians across a wide geographic territory, ensuring our decentralized teams possess the necessary technical knowledge, practical skills, and adherence to safety protocols for the construction, installation, maintenance, and repair of underground telecommunications infrastructure. Deliver comprehensive, multi-modal training (classroom, practical lab, on-the-job/field) on all aspects of underground telecommunications plant, including trenching, excavation, conduit placement, cable pulling (coaxial, fiber optic), splicing, enclosed space work, and hardware installation.
