Our founder, Holmes Tuttle, started his automotive career after moving to California from Oklahoma and working for Ford selling parts. After working his way up, he opened his first dealership, and the nation's first stand-alone Lincoln franchise in Beverly Hills. After selling a car to a young actor named Ronald Reagan, Holmes Tuttle found his way into politics, working with Reagan's cabinet on the state and national level.
					Today, there are six Tuttle-Click locations in California (Irvine, Tustin, and San Juan Capistrano) and ten more in Tucson and Green Valley, Arizona. Our owners are Robert Tuttle and Jim Click, Holmes' son and nephew respectively.

Functions as a key member of the interdisciplinary team by supporting complex participant care coordination, early identification of clinical concerns, chronic disease management, and implementation of individualized care plans designed to maintain participants safely in the community while reducing avoidable emergency room visits and hospitalization. * Participates in monitoring and follow-up of acute participant conditions, including post-ER and post-hospitalization care coordination and assist in identifying participants appropriate for urgent home-based interventions and communicates changes in condition promptly to the care team.

Orders, rotates and receives all meals, bulk food supplies, paper, plastic and other kitchen supplies. Checks and records hot and cold temperatures on all prepared foods upon arrival from the vendor and prior to serving at meal time.

Works as a clinical liaison between prospective participants/caregivers, the PACE enrollment team, the PACE interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and referral sources/other community providers. Responsibilities: Visits prospective participants in their home settings to complete and subsequently submit the state required Minimum Data Set- Home Care (MDS_HC).
