Plan, manage, and direct department activities necessary to provide central Company oversight for the Company's policies, rates, riders, terms, conditions, rules, and contracts for the provision of retail electric services upon which the Company recovers the several billion dollars of revenue that is required to operate and maintain the distribution business and recover the costs of providing bundled retail electric service, including oversight of any necessary regulatory filings and reporting required for the implementation of the same. + Plan, manage, direct, review, and approve complex technical and cost analyses methodologies to support electric retail rate design, embedded and/or marginal cost studies, and tariff provisions, terms and conditions using leadership skills, a broad understanding of electric utility operations, and in-depth working knowledge of financial, legal, billing, and regulatory concepts unique to the electric utility industry.
