Entry and assignment/reassignment of legal activities such as trials, summary judgments, conciliations, awards, and withdrawals to the appropriate Examiner for handling and into the claims tracking programs and management system. Under general supervision, the PIP Service Representative supports GEICO First Party Medical by performing data entry and assignment of PIP litigation and related documents into the claims management system.
