Current or prior IPC soldering certification - Proven ability to test and troubleshoot down to the component level - Experience in Avionics/Aviation/FAA/FDA and 400Hz AC Power - Experience with legacy equipment: Analog Flight, Embedded Systems/Circuit Boards/Data Systems - Experience with repairing and fixing power supplies and manual electronic testing Experience with ATE, O-Scope, DMM, HiPot, Thermal Chambers, Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers - Strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques used to optimize manufacturing and distribution - Practical knowledge of engineering electronics, science, and technology, including the application of principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment in product design and production - Working knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including relevant applications and programming In addition, this role provides technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams, supports continuous improvement initiatives, promotes safe work practices, and assists with training and mentoring less experienced technicians within the value stream.
