If you have a passion for technology and assembly, we want to hear from you!Yoh is hiring Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a contract opportunity with our client L3Harris located in Henrietta, NY.Payrate $17.50 - $21.25Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform a variety of assembly operations, including both manual and automated tasks. The role involves interpreting technical specifications and documents, and following established methods for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations.</li><li>Interpret and comprehend technical specifications, terms, and documents.</li><li>Follow methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.</li><li>Identify and resolve straightforward problems and issues.</li><li>Work under general supervision with moderate peer review.</li><li>Work on smaller, less structured tasks.</li><li>Read and write instructions in English</li><li>Must be able to stand the entire shift</li></ul>Education & Experience:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience.</li><li>Must be able to read and write English/interpret schematics</li><li>All offers are contingent to passing all pre-employment screenings/criminal/education/drug</li></ul>Shifts & Payrates1st Shift: Monday – Thursday from 5am- 3:30pm@ $17.50<ul><li>2ndShift: Monday – Thursday from 3:30pm – 2am @ $ 19.25</li><li>3rd: Friday, Saturday & Sunday 6am-6:30pm @ $ 21.88</li></ul>NOTE: You must be available to attending training for 2 weeks Monday - Friday from 7am-3:30pmYou should be proficient in:<ul><li>Troubleshooting Skills</li></ul>Salary info:$17.50 - $21.25 / hr
