Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Requires at least three (3) years of experience with applied clinical informatics, including change management, project management, quality improvement methods and tools, data analysis methods and tools, decision support methods and tools. Actively seeks input from physicians, nurses, and other professionals to identify problems, design and implement solutions, and communicate the findings to the clinical staff, Chief Nursing Office (CNO), Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Information Systems Divisions (ISD) leadership.
