The Youth Residential Recovery Program Coordinator will work collaboratively with the Manager of Substance Use Services for the oversight and coordination of the Youth Residential Recovery program at Jefferson Center; to oversee day-to-day operations including hiring, training, clinical and administrative supervision of Youth Residential Recovery staff; to oversee programming, documentation, etc. This position will provide operational and clinical oversight of the Youth Residential Recovery program, including referral review, admissions, treatment planning, service delivery, interdisciplinary coordination, documentation, utilization management, discharge planning, and clinical supervision of staff to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care throughout the continuum of treatment.
